Baby kicks...

...felt from the outside!

Yup, DH finally felt them! It was Thursday night, July 2nd. They've been getting a lot stronger for the past couple of weeks, but DH still hasn't been able to feel them. Whenever he tries, I always ask, "Did you feel that?" and he never does. We were laying in bed Thursday night and I told him to try to feel the kicks because Brayden was moving a lot. I didn't say a word this time when I felt them, because I figured that he always says he didn't feel it, so I'm not going to ask anymore! There was a really strong one, and I just waited for a second, and DH looked at me and said, "I felt that!". He was so excited, and so was I! He felt a couple of them that evening. It was amazing!

The next evening, my friend Cathy felt a kick also. She's the first person besides DH to feel Brayden move.

We went to a movie on Sunday night (7/5) and Brayden was just kicking like crazy. I wanted DH to try and feel it, but he was too distracted with the movie. Ha ha. He did feel one of them though!

His kicks (or punches, whatever they are!) are felt right around my belly button these days! I still feel some low ones down by my bladder from time to time, but there are a lot of higher ones too. It's so amazing!

I was at my friend Sarah's house yesterday and I was playing with her kids, so there was a lot of action going on, and Brayden was just kicking me like crazy. It was as if he was saying, "I can't wait to get out there and play with you guys too!" :)
