Mother's Day

What a great day! After I woke up, I went into the living room and found a blanket covering some huge item in the middle of our living room with a card on top of it. DH got me the funniest Mother's Day card (with a sound clip from The Office), and...the glider and ottoman for our nursery!!! I was so incredibly surprised! He's such a great husband. :)

Later in the day, we went to browse baby stuff at Target. We actually ended up finding another set of nursery furniture that we like just as much as the Babies 'R Us set, it looks almost identical, and it's less expensive! Woohoo! AND we sat in the matching glider, and it was sooooo incredibly comfortable that we both decided we liked it better. So DH returned it the following day and went to Target and bought the one that matches the furniture we like. Isn't it gorgeous?

We love them! My mom has offered to buy the crib for us, and DH's parents have offered to buy the dresser for us! Yay!
