I just realized today that I haven't had any more lower back pain since that fateful day when I experienced the excrutiating pain in my left side.
I've read some articles online that describe the same pain I had been feeling in my back, and I think it was sciatic nerve pain because it originated in my lower back and the pain shot down one side of my upper buttock. Some message board posts I've read said that they had the sciatic nerve pain from the CL cysts on their ovaries that were pressing on their nerve. So I'm thinking that's what it was. But now it seems to be gone, since I *think* my CL cyst burst.
Of course, I'm no doctor, and I'm just trying to make sense of all of this! :)
