Thank you for your thoughts and prayers! Everything is good! We saw the gestational sac (the black circle) with a yolk sac inside (the white part inside the black circle) and it's in my uterus, not in either of my fallopian tubes! The pain that I'm having is being caused by a 3mm corpus luteum cyst on my left ovary which is completely normal and helps sustain the pregnancy by giving off the hormone progesterone in the early weeks. It should subside on it's own by the end of the first trimester. We got our first u/s pic as you can see! They also measured the length of my cervix b/c there was a concern about it not being competent due to 2 previous LEEP procedures, but it looks just fine so no cerclage will be needed! What a day of answered prayer! Thank you everyone!
